Just received my Kamoer FX-STP and whenever the ml/min goes higher then approximately 100 the wheels seem to lock up and don’t spin anymore.

I know it has a 120/ml min max so not sure if this is considered normal? I tried playing with the adjustment screw but didn’t seem to help.

Mine has been really noisy. Kamoer support and coralvue had me lube the tube with silicon lube and lube the rollers. I even spent 45 dollars for a replacement roller and it’s still super noisy. I have a feeling it’s the motor. Anyone have this issue?

I believe the pharmed tubing is too tight around the roller because it is slightly too short. I unhooked the bottom of the tubing from the holder and left the top one in place and now I have no problem with it seizing at any speed. I am running 100mls per min currently with no problem. I am going to try to order replacement tubing and cut a section just a hair longer than the stock section and use the barbs from the original tubing. Then I will replace it with both ends in the holder.
