I made the mistake of not quarantining CuC in the past, and it bit me back hard in the form of velvet, so from now on absolutely everything wet goes through the full quarantine of 76 days.

I'm just wondering how to keep them alive for that long in basically a fresh tank. I imagine I would just have to have an established biofilter, and then feed nori or meaty foods, whatever would be required and water changes as necessary? Would I need any rock, or just sand for burrowers? Safe(ish) to QT hermits and snails together without staging the Hunger Games?

How do y'all QT your inverts?
