Kenya tree has mucus

My kenya tree has a mucus like material hanging from it. I have read about other corals doing this when extremely displeased.....could this be that?

I need a lot of work on my tank which is why i didn't put parameters. This is for future success info.

Alot of corals release mucous like substances. As long as your other corals look fine I wouldn't think much of it. Kenya trees do a lot of wierd
things as well I've noticed.
