Kenya Tree Reproducing like Rabbits

My Kenya tree has been off the charts splitting like crazy, I’ve had about 4 frags of it fall off a day for the past couple of days. There’s even one attached to a snail!

Is this normal? Spreads like a weed?

Depends on the lfs. I used to sell them locally for 5 bucks a pop...
