My zoas have been closed for a month plus with other corals doing absolutely fine, all bar one frag have been open and signs of melting have been noted, this would have been due to my frag rack being too high so i know that is not a problem as this was well before the problem occurred, the rock i had them on was pretty high too, but id have some sort of bacteria/algae which was brown (likely dinos) that would settle on the polyps which could also be a factor any ideas? theyve been in a peroxide dip and some did open after but no long term success.
Also as pictured my kenya tree isnt attached to anything? the stalk is clearly not long enough for the toothpick method, glue doesnt work and neither does elastic bands, any ideas?
also wanted to see if my finger leather is looking alright, thanks!!
