its been like this for maybe 1.5 months and it was just completely flopped and had little copepods i think bug like things on it and now it starting to stand up again but its not all out of extedned its like this how can i helpit?

I wouldn't worry that much. It looks healthy and if is extended then just give it some time. Test your water to see if there's something off.

Okay thank you but it used to be more extedned
