Kessil 360x Owners - Please share your 6 month review!

These lights were designed to be mounted close to the water, especially with the wide angle lens.

12" is pretty high, I think most run 6" to 8" off the water

I did lower it to 8" today and intensity 60% seems ok. thanks

I’m sitting at 10.5” above the water. That’s maxed out from their ceiling cable though. Very happy with them. Although the dongle has a small problem. If you have a power outage you have to log in to the app to get the lights going again.

A360X over this tank I started in late November of 2019. It is a shallow tank though, at only 8” tall. I’m currently running at 75% Intensity.

If youre thinking about them- YOU WANT THEM. Your corals will only benefit from that beautiful shimmer !

On a side note, all of the coral have double in size in the last month a half, including the Pink Cadillac and Red Planet you see in my last post. I was dealing with some hair algae, which had to do with a bio pellet reactor, I left sitting leaking into my sump after I took it offline. The algae has now almost disappeared in the last 2 weeks.
It seems to be a great light so far.

Hello all, I purchased 2x A360X for my 110g tank and now I am acclimating. I really like the colors so far and the shimmer! Don't have Acros yet, but might get a third one later on.
