Kessil a 360 fan issues

Hey guys I just bought a used Kessil and the fan is trying to work but wont spin. I have an extra fan but worried if I touch the light it wont work again. Does anybody know if replacing the fan is a good idea? I'm afraid its not a problem with the fan but with the light because the fan spins free but wont power on. just tries, like surging current. Thanks so much. anything helps. I have an amazing mixed reef but cant afford new lighting. so I'm trying used lights its tough.
My A80 I feel is lacking intensity so I really don't wont to go back to it.

Not having a functional fan is kind of a deal breaker, so I'm not sure if you really have much of an option. If you have the fan and the light is out of warranty anyway...

No fan on an LED fixture will kill it pretty fast. I would try to replace the fan.
