Kessil A150w LED lifespan?

I'm looking at a pair of Kessil A150ws on Facebook Marketplace. It's a good deal, but they're from 2012 and I'm worried they might be at the end of their lifespan. Any input on this?

Assuming 8 hours per day, those lights have 34560 hours on it.

Regular cleaning and maintenance of the light are important and if not performed, it may affect the longevity of the light.​
