Hi All,
I have 2x A160WE lights. When connected to power (No other cables connected) 1 light will appears to be at 100% intensity and 100% blue, The other light is completely off.
Looking at the one that is completely off, If I am to stick a 3.5mm connector to nothing in each port of the device it does nothing as expected.
Looking at the one that is blue, If I am to stick a 3.5mm connector half way in the input it appears to go down to 50% intensity (all the way in goes back to 100%) Further more if I am to stick the 3.5mm connector half way into the output it appears to go to 100% white (again all the way goes back to 100% blue). Half connected to both at the same time will result in the light off.
From here if i go from the input of the blue light to the input of the off light, They will both go to 100% blue. then if i connect another 3.5mm connector half way into the blue lights output they will go 100% white.
Unfortunately I dont have a spectral controller to see if they work fine on that but is there any steps I can take from here in troubleshooting these devices. They would be out of warranty and I have had an inspection inside where everything appears as it should be. (Without diving into micro inspection) I also used a cue tip and rubbing alcohol to clean in the 3.5mm connectors.
Thanks anyone for the input!
