To preface im running two xr30 g5 blues and an xr15 g5 pro all on AB+ at 100% on my tank.

Borrowed a par meter and im reading 300-400 on the middle to top of my rockwork which is basically centered under my lighting or slightly offset but when i measure par at my frag rack next to the glass, i was surprised to see it over 500.

Is this inflated number due to the light reflecting off the glass back into the meter and should i treat it as if it is that high or is it just inflated without actually being that high?

yes, light reflecting off the glass does increase PAR to some extent depending on the angle/location of the PAR reading. It is useable light energy despite being reflected off the glass.
