Kessil A360X Blue diodes going out?

Bought 2 A360Xs in March 2022 from BRS. One of them has started only showing purple at night when I have the tone set to blue. Sometimes, if I go to the app, turn them off and back on, the blue will come back. Other times (but rarely) it would be just fine and match the working one.

Here are two pictures that hopefully show what I am talking about. You can see the shaft of light going // in the middle that separates the two lights:

I am contacting Kessil, but is there anything else that had this issue or how to fix it?

Pass by me. However I will say that any time I've reached out to Kessil I experienced quality support. May not always be the answer I wanted but they at least responded timely and offered me solutions.
