Hello reefers,

I have a Kessil A360x hooked up to a Spectral controller. The controller is still working and has shows the current lighting program, but the light itself stopped working. If I disconnect the controller, the light will turn on for a second before powering off again. Is the unit going bad, or is it maybe the AC adapter that has become defective?

TIA

It could be the light going bad. I had a similar situation and had to buy another Kessil lamp. Do you have another AC adapter to test the lamp with?

I work in tech so I have a bunch of AC adapters of the same wattage, but nothing that has the Kessil connector.

Gonna contact Kessil to see if I can get it replaced, or if it is indeed the lamp going bad. Just wondering if Kessil owners has experienced this before.
