Kessil ap9x app issues . Please help !

I have a Kessil ap9x had a power outage, after the power came back on I can open the app but it’s loading a different program then mine and is stuck in a 0-10v mode . I can’t adjust colors settings separately or choose from the custom Kessil apps . Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

Had this happen, unplugged the light for a bit and once it reset, everything went bsvk to normal.
