Kessil Ap9X Local Network not enabled (but is)? Can't get it connected to Wifi. Slowly draining my soul.

Is it a new fixture, or did you buy used? I’m wondering if it is still synced to a prior owners app? I’m thinking maybe you want to run a factory reset on you unit.

I bought it used, did a factory reset, and then the previous owner removed it from his app. Still no dice.

I was having some issues with the app over the weekend myself. It took about 20 min. messing with it to finally start working. I kept getting the same message you got.

I was about to reach out to Kessil. Maybe I'll try it out again first.

My router and light were at odds, but Kessil CS was able to find a solution. I can't wait for the mount to come in.

Use the slower band of the router and the wifi password is the serial number backwards with all caps
