Kessil controller X problem

Hello ! :)

I don't know about the controller for kessil lights and setting the time.
I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if I have a bad driver? I also wrote to kessil support where I asked for the software that I reinstalled to see if it helps and unfortunately it still does the same thing.It would be difficult to describe this problem, so I made a video. Where the time on the controller simply skips and the lights go crazy accordingly, turning on and off and changing intensity.

I've used the kessil spectral controller for a while and never seen this lol. I would try to see if kessil will send you a new one.

I hate that controller. Not easy for somebody like me who is horrible at programming anything. So frustrating
