So i have 2 kessil 360 we tuna blues on a reef tank mixed. What is a good schedule for them, I wrote kessil and got no response, but the lights are awesome. I currently have a diatom out break trying to combat it. The local fish store reccommended I only run my lights for 8 hrs a day is that right? Also if I do that do I run my sump light then for 16 hrs a day with the macro algea. Been trying to figure this out for a little bit. also my tank is 2 ft deep.

Here is recommended setting from brs for Kessil ap9x

I believe the 360 runs same settings.

I run my lights for 12 hours but only at that max setting for 4 hours.
actually I run mine at lower intensity since I don’t have any demand for higher intensity at the moment.

I have 4 hour ramp up and 4hr ramp down.

for ramp down, I use lotta blue for my viewing.

u can run ur refugium light for 12 hrs opposite of ur DT light schedule.

for diatom, I find the Little Cerith and Trochus snail works wonders. I get mine from https://www.reefcleaners.org/

I am not a fan of crabs in tank so no hermits in mine. Just snails.

good luck
