Kessil's customer service!

So I recently purchased a kessil A160WE. The light never worked properly it would turn off every two hours and I would have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to come on. I called kessil and they were great from the start. They walked me through all these troubleshooting steps and finally when none of that worked they sent me a new light. Fast forward three days, the new light came in I opened the box and instead of the A160WE I thought was in there, there was the A360WE!! I quickly called them because I was sure it was a mistake and they told me that it was not. The 160 was back ordered so they sent me the 360 in its place!!!!!! Talk about a birthday present!!!!!!
 
Calling them now...gonna order 10 a160's! :D

They are very expensive in my opinion but it is all about you get what you pay for and I've always seen top marks for their customer service and the quality of light they manufacture, it's nice to see a larger company really stand behind their products. Hopefully one day I'll be able to drop the money on them.
