Is there a reason why Kh director wont empty the sample line water after testing , recently it stopped emptying line after testing (besides from calibration of doser head , and sample tube volume) which i will rule out tommrow. , Also putting the doser in reverse , does not reverse it , it goes foward , maybe something im missing ?

@Vinny@GHLUSA This is something i have notice too. If you in the GCC and check reverse -> manual dose a certain amount - it will not go in reverse mode - FW 7.24 and 1.36. In order to have it to run in reversed mode - you need to do a schedule with the reverse mode checked.

In the app the reversed mode is greyed out if you chose dosing specific amount but if you use dose when pressed - it works in reversed mode

Is it meant to be this way or is it a "bug"

Sincerely Lasse

Particularly for that last bit, I would open a ticket.

I haven't been having any issues myself. Are you using the app or GCC?

Tony

if anyone runs into issue , with sample line not emptying compeltely after test , or waste line not draining properly , tubing inside the kh director may be issue , slight kink, for me it all ended when the sample line twisted vacuum like effect and popped off , opened kh director to unkink tubings solved issue
