It works with any controller that has a free pH port. It simply puts out an electronic signal equal to a pH probe for the current KH.

It also works without any controller as it has it's own cloud connection that you can view your alkalinity at

Depending on the model you purchase, it can either just Log the KH history for you (to a web client that you can access anywhere) or it can log the KH history and also dose the required amount of solution to maintain your KH as well (plus show that in the log!)

Amazing bits of gear really

It is tempting. I have the same question regarding Triton, since this only has one doser, is it possible to make it work to dose all 4 Triton elements? Or maybe the Monitor version with my existing DOS dosers and Apex is a better route?

At that price I would jump in lol!

Anyone use this with aquaforest 1-2-3?
They are dosed all together with the same volume. How would I combine the two ?

Wouldn't that allow the different elements to come in contact with each other?

You’ll need AIM if you want it to work with either a controller or a ph controller.

But if you don’t want your calcium reactor controlled by the KHG, then you don’t need the AIM

AIM gives you an output from the KH Guardian that replicates a ph probe (but the value is not ph, but actually dkh)

So if you wanted to, you could connect a ph controller to aim to switch your co2 solenoid on and off.

I wouldn’t, I’d leave the calcium reactor as stand alone and have the KHG do any additional top ups that are required.

No problem, least I can do. I couldn’t tell you who a local seller is, but you can always try buying direct from manufacturer or even buying from America and using a mail forwarding service?
