kind of spiney dude on live rock

Anyone have an idea what this guy might be? Not perfect pic, but looks like a Q-tip with feather duster like mouth.

Thanks. What's funny is this live rock was flown in from Fiji almost 3 yrs ago and has been living in a 100G stock tank in my basement while I've been building my "dream" tank. I'm amazed anything is still living in there. I've only really been putting light on the new tank about 2 hrs a day while waiting on my tangs, but there is still some coralline algae.
