It's a complete shot in the dark, but I think it's a type of grouper, maybe a Pacific creolefish? Could be wrong, though

Given the 5 obvious white dots and the dark patch by a 6th white dot at the base of the pectoral fin, my first thought would be Paranthias furcifer, the Atlantic Creolefish; I don't know how to differentiate between it and Cephalopholis colonus, the Pacific Creolefish yet, but the Atlantic one is more likely regardless.
