Tell tale sign it needs more food.

Bristletooth tangs will eat coral if not fed well enough.

Looks like you have plenty of algae on the rocks but maybe try wafers or nori on a clip daily.

I had to get rid of a nice kole once (yours is a 2 spot or something else) for eating corals. Didn't matter what I did, including feeding. Zoas might be able to handle a little picking like that, but my LPS couldn't.
