Kole Tang white red bump, some white cluster on back fin dx

This bristletooth just arrived today and acclimated an put in QT, and has a redish bump on the middle of it's body and a another one on the tail there. With the tail there is also a little cluster of white dots. Not sure if it's just travel stress or something more so wanted to put this up asap.
Fish is active and doesn't seem to be concerned.

Looks like a couple of small wounds from shipping. A bath in methylene blue is an old school method for treating spots like that to prevent them from becoming infected.
