Rundown of tank and equipment on restart
Tank - IM Nuvo 25 Lagoon
Light - AI Prime 16
ATO - IM 10 Gallon Reservoir and IM Hydrofill ATO
Heater - JBJ Titanium heater and controller don't remember watts
Return pumps - Upgraded from single stock IM mightyjet to 2 Sicce Syncra 1.5 I have them both set about a quarter of maximum flow
Filtration -
Mechanical - Polyfil
Chemical - Chemi-Pure Blue Nano currently 3 bags all I had need to get some more
Biological - 30 to 40 lbs LR and 3 ceramic bio cubes
Controller - GHL Profilux 4e starter set includes KH director and 4 pump slave 2.1 doser

Still have to finish setting up the GHL stuff but everything else is up and running. I said I got the tank running over the weekend I should point out that I actually got it going on Thursday and fine tuned things on Saturday. The rock, sand, and water have been exposed to light for 4 days now Parameters remain stable and I receive my first batch of new corals tomorrow Placed an order this weekend with Unique Corals for some zoas, palys, and mushiest and 1 leather which I will let be a surprise once everything settles in and I post pics. That is all for now and it feels so good to have my tank back up and running and can't wait to see this softie forest grow.

Ironically I am only a month further along than you in cycling my tank.
The following is not to be meant as a critique of your tank. This is only a suggestion. The rock structure could potentially present a water flow challenge long term. It could potentially lead to some not good side affects for corals or your maintenance routine. Depending on how you have your wave pumps oriented, you might consider taking out some rocks between the structure to allow unblocked water flow from front to back and side to side. Although the rocks may be porous, the structures may likely block more water movement than you think. Long term, it turn into a solid wall and block lots of water flow.

Appreciate the suggestion, but one of the first things I did was feel for flow and actually had to turn my pumps down, I have good flow over and under as well as front, back and sides.hey Krokilus

Also I couldn't quite get the tank perfectly clean so I had a little bit of hair and other things that helped me visualize where my flow was.
I will point out it has multiple arches and large gaps as well that I tried but couldn't get in the pics of the scape. So there is places for flow to pass thru.
And I'm glad to see your still at it as well.
Alright everything seems to be happy parameters are good except alk is a little low but i am slowly raising it to where i want it. Besides that I got the GHL Profilux 4e and KHD setup.
I finally have some uglies in the tank after more than 2 weeks with the lights on. Rocks and sand have diatoms but that is par for the course on a tank that just finished a new cycle in the dark and finally getting some light.

Alrighty the algae battle is ongoing but in my favor. I am not sure the type of algae though 1st thought it was gha but
while it looks like gha it attaches at one point i was able to remove what i could easily reach and the rest has turned a
pale green almost white.
Still have a neon green algae growing like a film on the rock and a brown film growing as well.
I did go ahead and redip all my coral as they were being irritated by the algae as it was growing heaviest around the
zoas.
I have either diatoms returning or something else it comes in very lightly on the sand and then goes away but not
completely then it will be back across the entire sand for a couple days.
I ordered my corals little over a month ago and have had the best color and growth I ever have had in my time reefing.
The koji leather and the mushie have both double or tripled in size.
The red tarantula paly was a single polyp when i got it and is now 4 polyps with wonderful bright red color.
Similar progress for most of the zoas and palys unfortunately some of the zoas have had a harder time of it.
1 almost got over taken by the filament algae and the radioactive dragoneyes i got as part of the 3 pack they have
brilliant color but don't seem to be growing. Another zoa I don't know the name for seems to be growing but doesn't
like to open up so I have been moving it around to find its happy place and may have finally found it as it has been
opening up more regularly.
I do have to change the polyfil for filtration daily as it fills with a nasty brown substance.
And for those wondering using 3 different tests my ammonia is 0, nitrites are 0, and nitrates are between 5 and 15
I will say my alk started out low but has slowly been raised to an 8.5 and stabilized there.
My salinity is slighty low last measure was 1.022 due to the ato putting ro in when the kh director pulls water for
testing alk so i have reduced tests and will slowly raise it back up with my water changes.
But for now the coral are mostly happy so i am focused on keeping em that way rather than chase numbers.
I am still working through using my microbacter clean from the brightwell dry rock cycling kit as it recommends a min
of 6 weeks but best to use it for 6 months.
