70 gallon tank, mixed reef. 6 current fish (flame angel, tomini, yellow tang, maroon clown and 2 yellow tail damsels). no top tank.
Can I add Lamarck, jumper risk? will my flam angel beat up the Lamarck?

Thanks

Any fish can jump, but it is not a super high risk for jumping. Lamarki have a laterally compressed body, so the tangs may take issue with it, especially in a small tank.

Your flame angel may not take kindly to the Lamarck possibly even one of your tangs in your size tank. Especially if those fish have been established for some time. I would advise against adding the Lamarck but if you choose to, use an acclimation box of some sort to see any early signs of aggression from your existing fish.
