Larger Clownfish Shaking at Smaller Clown

So now that she is separated, my male clown now won’t leave the box she’s in. Clowns are confusing lol
I say let them be unless looks like shes about to kill him honestly.

Let them go at it. That behavior will solved itself over time. It could take minutes, hours, days, weeks, months. If you see really bad aggression, something like the female messing the males find really bad, then it's in to separate them for a little while and then try again. My last pair of ocellaris took almost a year to pair up, the first week was kind of brutal. The female would chase the male constantly. A couple of weeks in, she would still chase him, but she would give him breathing room. Few months later, he was able to swim around as long as he wouldn't get to close to get spot. Then one day, they were doing everything together, the was almost a year later. So just give it time.
 

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
