Largest sand size for wrasse ?

I will be setting up my new tank soon and looking to get a larger grained sand that doesn't move around so much with the flow. (6ft tank , 2mp40s and maybe a gyre too ) I have 2 wrasses that sleep in the sand though so wondered what the best option was to suit both needs ? Something available in the UK?

The rule I’ve heard is 1-4 mm grain size. I think good ol’ caribsea special grade aragonite would be just about right. Its a good compromise somewhere in the middle and stays put pretty well.
