These are the best I can get of the eye
The asymmetrical nature of the lesion implies that this is a bacterial issue, as flukes and protozoan infections tend to spread more evenly on a fish.

What is the best way to treat this? FW bath then medicate? What medications would be appropriate?
I don’t see a FW dip being helpful. A broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic like Neoplex in a treatment tank would be the best way to go I think.

This is just a “best guess” scenario, based on me ruling out some possibilities, so I’m not 100% on this diagnosis…
