Lawnmower Blenny crazy

My lawnmower Blenny is always acting crazy and swimming around like a mad fish. He will settle some days and just lay on the rocks, but other days he’s swimming like something is chasing him. I added 2 new clowns today and he’s been super crazy. Is this normal? Can blennys be aggressive and hurt other fish?

pretty normal IMO, mine has times when it goes around like crazy pecking at the glass and rocks and other times mostly just perches. Some blennies can be aggressive but just look if its actually going after the clownfish or vice versa.
