It's on a concrete slab and yes it does old school trim the tank still has it manufacturer date of July 13th 92 so it's a big bulky 1/2 glass with trim the has particle board in it or something and cracker that sounds like an idea I want to be able to get to the bottom of the tank to wipe it to see if it comes back

Do you see any water around the seam of the trim?

In my experience, what you just described is condensation. if there was a leak you'd see the concrete underneath turn wet.

I was just worried that if it were a slight leak that it might do that somehow but I think it would just drip down the trim onto the ground and not form that condensation look

It dried up. now look for any wet cement underneath.

I was worried for a second there this tank is in good shape compared to my 150 that needs to be completely reassembled

I hated repairing glass tanks. I stopped glass altogether years ago, now I just do acrylic.

I resealed that 150 about 4 times before I realized that there was no way that it was going to hold water again without redoing the whole tank pane by pane but it's all half inch glass and not easy to work with at all and if I had more money I'd definitely buy the acrylic and build a tank

On that tank I'd definitely recommend momentive rtv 100 series silicone, not the cheap GE stuff.
