I redid the plumbing and replaced everything. However the bulkhead on my return line seems to be leaking slowly. Its coming from the pvc slip connection, not the threads or gasket area. I assume I didn't use enough pvc cement or something. What can I do to stop the leak?

Can you get it dry for a little bit.. if so then since it is the return there is no pressure. Dry it really good and add silcone around the whole joint.

Thanks! Can silicone hold pressure like that? Or is this temporary until I can replace it?

A return line shouldn't really have pressure.

I would replace it eventually but it will hold for now. If it was a supply line then you need to fix it the right way and replace it all.
