Leaking Pentair UV - leaking from multiple spots

Hey all,

Anyone ever deal with a leaking Pentair UV? Leaking from where the JB weld is and the union. Tried doing a layer of pvc cement on the top and JB weld over it. Have plumbers tape on the threads for the union but still leaking. Have the union as tight as possible and says to hand tighten.

Hows the gasket on the union look? Teflon on the union wont do anything, the seal is made from the o ring/gasket

Yeah I think you're missing the o-ring/gasket. The other option is the ring it cracked, but I think you'd have noticed that.
