Hello so my leather coral which normally is huge over the past few weeks has been acting strange, first appears a dark red/brown crust then it fades and takes tissue with it, then more crust appears next to where the other was and takes some tissue away. The weirdest part it seems to be splitting the coral in half, does anyone know what’s is going on, the coral still has a little polyp Extension which confuses me. #reefsquad

Params are stable/spot on and nothing is within stinging distance by a far shot

hi is there any black color in or near degrading tissue ?

if just the one spot i see in pic ,slice off w sharp like razor knife/blade,if more area's post more pics first..

The brown is a thick line that has spread all the way down the shaft. The glass prevents me from getting a good pick due to the angle

does it look like decay? kinda needle/stick looking ? can you remove from tank easy enough?

I’ll get a better picture of the actual stuff tomorrow. Good night

Hmm
