Leather not looking good for some reason

My leather isn't looking good. It has been hiding for a week, and today it looks shrunken. Not sure what the deal is.

Ammonia, nitrite 0
Nitrate 5
Phosphate 0.1
Calcium 480
Magnesium 1450

Hard to tell from the picture but it is possible that it is just getting ready to shed. If that's the case, it will come out looking even better than before. How long have you had it?

What type of flow is it in? I've found mine will shrink when the flow is to low.
