Leather toadstool

Need some advise, my 2 toadstool leathers have been withdrawn for a couple of months now. The one that was larger is now smaller and hanging pretty limply. I moved them to a different tank and thought they are just sulking after the move like they have before but never this long. Ammonia, nitrite and nitrate are zero, medium flow, calcium around 460, moderate lighting. Any help is appreciated. Read that it might be better to frag them before they waste away....

Something changed from old to new tank. Could be chemical, lighting or flow or all of the above.

I'm guessing all the above... Can they pull through with more time or should I frag them now?

No opinion on fragging. I run my tank pretty much, natural selection.

They can live withdrawn for a heck of a long time, but hanging limply doesn't sound good.

Nitrate shouldn't be 0- they should have a little bit. What's your alkalinity?
