I have recently set up a new tank with cycled water and have moved all livestock into it. My leatherback toadstool is not looking too good, and has seemed to crumple up, brown out, and have algae grow on it for the past four days or so (see pics attached). The tissue seems to be shrunken about 50%, and none of its tentacles have come out. I had initially thought it was shedding, but there seems to be too much algae for that possibility. My water parameters seem to be fine. Why is it looking like that? Should I increase water flow, seeing as though the coral is in the middle of the tank? Please help out.

Another thing I should note is that the old tank had a much higher nitrate than the new tank it was moved into.

Water params:
ph: 8
nitrates: 5
alk: 9.5
cal: 407
mag: 1402
temp: 78.5
salt: 35.2

Definitely more flow imo.
