Led accent lighting question

I was thinking about trying 1 or 2 of these to add a little of that led color pop to a 4 bulb t5 fixture. Tank is a standard 110. Will these strips be bright enough to do anything? Does anyone have any experience with these? Thanks in advance!!

Imo changing a lamp spectrum will do more good than adding led as the fixture may over power the intensity of the strip
