I am shutting down my 65g and will be selling my LED light fixture. I purchased this from Reef LED's on this site about 5mths ago. Light has 60 3w cree's "36Blue/24White" Driven by 5-ELN 60-48D dimmable ballasts. Also I have hooked up 3 Enercells to dim lighting to your preference. The heat sink measures 24" x 8.5". I paid over $700 and about a day of labor to assemble. Asking $400 + shipping or will trade for a Vortech MP40W ES

Thats a nice light, I am thinking of making the LED jump soon!

How 'blue' is the light ? .. it seems that with 3:2 blue ratio, there wouldn't be much white growth lite available

The light has 3 seperate dimmers that control 24whites 24blues and the other does 12blues in the center. You can really make the tanks blue if you want but with the dimmers you can adjust to your liking and not have the tank blue at all. I use the 12 blues in the center on the lowest setting as a night light. If you look at the pic closely you will notice that the center lights are not as bright.
