Hello everyone
Does anyone know if Nicrew hyperreef gen 2 lights can be mounted on Ecotech RMS light track ??

I don’t know for sure as I’ve never had an ecotech lighting system, but I think they will. See what others say.

I have a 82.7” long eurobraced aquarium and I’m trying to figure out the best and economical way to mount the lights. Unfortunately , The Ecotech RMS light track is the only mounting bar that is available with this length, and with wide based mounting bracket to hold the eurobraced glass panel, but the Ecotech Radion lights are quite expensive !!

I have the nicrew but mounted with t slot aluminum.

Even if it dosen't fit it off the box. With a quick drill you should be able to make it fit no problem

Thanks for the reply . Did you mount the nicrew on the RMS light track ??

And what kind of mounts you used ??

I built a big L bracket with it and screwed the leg to my stand. I used the x brace thing that came with it and bolted that tight to the extrusion. Added a 3d printed light shade is why the light might look a little different.

Very nice. You did a great job

Anyone else has any knowledge or info ??
If I were you I’d start another thread with a more descriptive title. There lots of LED Lights type of questions out there. Good luck.
