Hello everyone! Trying to come back to the hobby after a 6-7 year break but the leds on a Oceanic 29 gallon biocube I picked up before my hiatus are not working. Not sure if this was a kit someone put on it or what not.

What is working on it is one of the two fans the 3 (I’m assuming moon lights) and 2 blue diodes.

Not sure if worth fixing or starting over with a kit. I do know the cooling fan power supply looks to be corroded badly.
Thank you for reading and any help you may provide.

It's tough to see how everything is wired together.
Are all the LEDs running off of the single driver? I'd start by probing for voltages and check each LED to see if one has failed.
