I have a set of DIY led's that I had connected to an Apex. I am using the Apex on a new tank and dont wish to buy another Apex. I would like to be able to control the brightness of both colors with a rheostat. I have an RJ45 plug on the end of the cable with 2 channels connected, one for blue and one for white. What is the least expensive way to adjust these. Any help would be awesome!

Connecting/wiring them to a simple manual POT, $10 or less from Radio Shack or ???

Cheers, Todd
