Led spectrum

Hi,
Any idea where I can find spectrum charts of ultra white and warm LEDs, do they contain a considerable amount of red green and blue usually? thanks

From my understanding, they are yellow, red, and blue, with the degrees of each affecting the coolness or warmth.

The diode used is usually a Royal blue emitter.
A yellow phosphor is added.
More yellow phosphor warmer white
Warm whites usually add a red phosphor

Though it can get a bit complicated:

If the blue diode is used and filtered by yellow to generate white, would that still leave an rgb component into the white light we see ? Or is it a different concept ?

Also which is the most common method in aquarium led ? An rgb combination or filtering blue LED?

SW lights add RGB diodes to white/blue arrays..
FW can use either RGB or RGBW or plain white

Currently most common overall is White w/ RGB diodes added..
White plus phosphor are poor at color rendering part either a yellow/green cast and or lacking red though not no red just low red.

most cheap white LED's have poor "realistic color"..though some high CRI are darn good but slightly lower in efficiency and of course cost more.

Sub catagory of whites use a violet "pump" (410-420-ish) and add RGB phosphors ala flourescent tubes..Not common
Some high CRI blue pump emitters add ancillary phosphors to boost either or both cyan and red output.

Phosphors are broad enough to usually never be "short" in green/yellow. It's the red component than can be problematic from a visual standpoint..
