led watt/volt recommendations for 10gal and 4gal

trying to make the switch over from t5 to led for my 10 and 4gal tanks but I cant really find the right info i'm looking for. the leds just need to be strong enough for LPS. not looking for anything fancy, just simple. suggestions please. having a really hard time. not sure what numbers i should be looking for.

Im pushing AI primes over my 10g and a nano box tide over my 6g cube both great lights.

The AI primes really offer a lot for the money IMO.
