Purchased a very healthy leopard wrasse from my Lfs on Saturday. They had him for a week and he was eating and swimming around great. Got him home acclimated and when I put him into the tank he buried and hasn’t come out since. I read not to sift through the sand to see if he is still living. Anyone have this issue? I know they are very easily stressed fish. How long should I wait?

I’d wait at least a week before I went looking for him. It’s not unusual for new fish to hide.
