The fauxfox does look alot like the true JOL. As for the fake o lantern, u can see a big difference. Where did u get the fauxfox? I have the true JOL and grows like all leptoseris, a weed. With green eyes and stripped just like the fauxfox.

I believe the difference is that the fauxfox has a reddish hue while jacko is completely bright orange. But loving red, I'd rather have the faux. LOL

The only differnece with the faux fox is it didn't come from jason fox.
It's a wild piece that doesn't have the same lineage

Now the fake O lantern is different because it doesn't have the bright yellow/green eyes

Are you referring to the color of the eyes or the base color?

Here is mine, I just know it as an Orange Lepto. This is when I first got it:

And this is what it looks like now (Just a few weeks later). I'm wondering if the whitish parts (they glow purple at night under the blue LED's) is growth - which would be great - or a sign of trouble. If figured you guys are the pro's and would know the answer (sorry a bit blurry due to lousy iPhone pic):

Yep I pulled out the old turkey baster and did a light flow and it's definitely peeling, any way to save it?

I never said it probably looks better than the jack-o-lantern

All 3 are different because they are from 3 different mothers. These look a likes have been coming in as full colonies to the wholesalers for a while now. The reason they use close to the same name is marketing. They sell for a lot more using a similar name than coming up with a new name

I have seen the wwc incredible hulk. To me it looks like the toxic green. Also wwc grafted leptosersis. It is green and purple.
