This long red slime ( doesn’t usually have bubbles but I did a water change) can be turkey basted off of everything, is gone at nights and reforms right after. Chemiclean did nothing, water change appears to look slightly better.

Phos .03
Nitrates 10
Have a tiny bit of cheato in sumo growing okay, and macro algae growth has stalled since slimy stuff is all over it.

Red long stringy no bubble stuff …
Got myself a little microscope off Facebook … let’s see….

I installed a UV Sterilizer last night, I've been treating with peroxide, basting off everything 5 + times a day, replacing floss, and all my levels look decent. They won't die!!! My coral are starting to have issues particularly zoas, clove and duncan and now hellfire torch.. The leather couldn't give a crap it's covered in strings neither does the bubble torch or candy cane coral.

I treated for Cyano too just to be sure, no change. With double dose of Chemiclean.

Hanna Mag 1130
Hanna Nitrate 9.9
Hanna Phos .04 (There is a small Cheato in sump)
Salifert PH 8 - 8.15
Temp 79
Salifert Alk 8
Salifert Calc 370 (could use dosing)
Salifert Nitrite and Ammonia I really don't trust. Nitrate is either 0 or .01 and Ammonia is either 0 or under .15.
Refract 1.026

Best of luck to getting rid of it!

So what's been working... Well the UV thing works but since flow going through it is too fast i paired that with, no water changes this week, no scraping the glass this week, basted off everything for a few days and then put three pieces of blue and white foam into the tank in the high flow areas. At night I pull them out (with water, don't let water drip out) and rinse in cold tap water, squeeze out and put them back in the tank at night before lights turn off. I top off the salt water for loss. This three days ago was solid covered in dinos, now on day four light dinos today and my polyp coral are coming back to life since the Dinos are clinging to the foam not them!!

That foam idea is genius.

I think you figured this out but peroxide doesn't do jack to dinos.

I spent HOURS reading on here and someone in a old butt post commented to do this and it's working wonders!! And yes peroxide I stopped, it wasn't helping at all.

Are you using Poly Filter pads or some other type of pad?

Be aware that Poly_Filter will bind trace element that you want unless you have very high trace elements that you need to lower.
