lubbocki is collected from 2 different regions; those from Cebu look like that and then those from Bali are the typical blue on the sides without the stripes. Females of both variants are indistinguishable and predominantly pink in color.
Thank you. Does that mean that this a male?

Really need a better picture with decent clarity and, if possible, the fins visible.
Best guess on what I can see right now is Cirrhilabrus joanallenae, but I am only about 60% confident.
Thanks I think you are right. It rarely flashes, the Jordani will not allow :)

Any ideas what this is? My LFS are not sure

Labeled as carpenters, but thinking it's actually McCoskers?
White spots noticed last night, getting freshwater dip and starting copper today. ;Dead

Dallas North Aquarium, also got a flavianalis there a few months ago that's doing well. They've had quite a few flashers lately, at least more than any other store I've been to.

That would be a long drive for me. I mostly use Frank's Tanks or DD. Looking for a black pyramid butterfly now. Have you noticed one in your travels?

No, but I'm usually looking for wrasses, haha.

I work in Coppell and live in Keller, have 2 hour lunch breaks so usually go by fish stores at lunch. I'll keep an eye out and let you know if I see one.

Something of the lubbocki complex. Need better pictures and less blue to say much more.
