Thanks! Just wanted to make sure as they have had a little aggression towards each other and my carpenters flasher. Nothing crazy and no one is in hiding but a lot of chasing so just wanted to make sure they were all different. This is in a 180 gallon.

First one is a Paracheilinus species. Could be ~4 different species; need to see the fins clearly in a picture in order to tell anything more.
Second fish is Macropharyngodon ornatus.

Yes, C. brunneus on the first, C. rubrimarginatus on the second.

Hi All, this wrasse was sold to me as a diamond tail, but it doesn’t really resemble to pictures I’ve seen of them, I’ll try to get a better picture soon but he’s a bit camera shy, the spots either side of his dorsal fin are so distinct in real life. Do you think it is a diamond tail?

ornatissimus has a continuous greenish stripe along the base of the dorsal at this phase, whereas biocellatus has a continuous stripe along the side of the body.

They had been in my LFS for over a year as a pair, which is why I got a good deal I think, do they always turn male? The male is a good inch longer than the female.

Always? No. But I'll give it 90% odds, eventually. They'll be a pair for a while and even spawn, until one day...
