I will say that good pictures are easier than videos for IDs.

heres another. not sure why i cant. maybe cuz im on my iphone.

i thought it was a male cresent turning supermale. about 3” long but the dark body kinda threw me off so maybe a variant.

any idea why the darker body variation? instead of the more colorful body type? could it be location of collection?

I see the true temminckii, which has a pretty wide distribution; not very regional.
 
Ok, didn't see a direct match so I'll submit one at my LFS. They have it listed only as a "Maori Wrasse". It does have the Maori patterning around the eye:

Labeled Christmas Wrasse, but I know several species are called that... looking to see what species and compatibility with a Melanarus in a 75g
